Creating account is easy. Click on the icon next to language selection and module will bring up from right side of screen. There are fields that are necessary for registration.
Product bought from online store can be returned within 14 days after receiving it. Product can be returned to our shops or sent via other transport. (return fee must be payed by client if sent via other transport).
Products bought from our online store can be swapped if they are unused, in original packaging and do not have any kind of damage what so ever. You must first contact us and then we can inform our stores about the product swapping. Products can be sent back to us and after receiving we can send replacement products back.
Case of mistake or other problems you can change your order if contacted immediately. Please contact our customer support through email or by phone.
In product detail view there is button called "Availability in shops" that will show product availability in our stores. It will not display weather product is also in our warehouse.
If product has some problems the first thing is stop using it and as soon as possible contact our customer support. You can send email where please add following information: 1)problem description 2)image/video 3)proof of purchase.
We have strollers/car seats meant for replacement during repair period. We can give them if they are available (not given to other customer).
We will send you email or give you a call, with the information if your order is ready to be picked up from store.
